Absolutely American, Inc. (AAI) specializes in making the right matches between our military-experienced candidates and our corporate clients through our exclusive “On Target-On Time Placement Program.”™  We are not the “one size fits all” military placement agency.  Every employer and candidate has a unique situation and different requirements to meet and our consultants will work with you to help you develop your individualized search plan that fits those situations and requirements.  Whether you are an employer or career seeker we want to make sure that our efforts are focused on what is important to you.  

Freedom.  It’s the Absolutely American way, and in this case, freedom means having the ability to get what you want based on what is important to you.  Recruiting firms who place former military members primarily through prescheduled hiring conferences just cannot give every client company and candidate what they want.  They are compelled to make the best matches available on a given day based on the employers and candidates that they are able to confirm for the hiring conference event.  Their aim is to generate a large number of placement fees from each event for the good of the recruiting firm but, the result of their process is often messy for candidates and client companies.  It is typical that over 65% of candidates who attend a prescheduled hiring conference will not be placed and over 20% of client companies will not get a new hire from that event.  That’s a lot of downside risk for the time, money and resources invested.

beginning.  In other words, we seek win-win-win relationships across the board.  We have combined the best practices of the conference-based recruiting companies with the best practices of the niche geographically-specific recruiting firms.  This gives career seekers and employers alike the flexibility to engage opportunities or applicants in a way that is most effective for them.  The method for targeting and interviews depend on your situation and is tailored to fit. If we are unable hit your target or meet your timetable, we will not ask you to work with us on your search.
